Olivia Wein is a Brooklyn (born &) based photographer.

Olivia picked up a camera at thirteen, landing her first commission with Sweet on Snapchat Discover (Hearst). Her early work caught the attention of clients like Susan Alexandra, Man Repeller, Rookie Magazine, and Brandy Melville, while her own DIY publication, Loser Zine, carved out space for her creative community. She went on to study analog photography and printing at the International Center of Photography, where she was part of the Advanced Imagemakers Program. Her photographs have earned over a dozen Scholastic Art & Writing Awards, including a National Gold Medal.

In 2020, Olivia began her studies in English Literature at Columbia University. She received a research grant to study the Bloomsbury Group with Professor Edward Mendelson, deepening her understanding of art, intimacy, and storytelling. While in school, she continued to shoot and direct work for clients including Jill Platner, Malia Mills, and Willa, as well as dancers, musicians, and performers across NYC. She graduated in 2024.

Olivia is now freelancing full-time as a photographer.
