Olivia Wein is a photographer from Brooklyn, NY.
Olivia began working as a photographer at thirteen. Her early work drew clients such as Rookie Magazine, Man Repeller, and Sweet on Snapchat Discover (Hearst). She went on to study analog photography at the International Center of Photography, earning over a dozen Scholastic Art & Writing Awards, including a National Gold Medal.
Olivia graduated from Columbia University with a Bachelor of Arts in English. There, she received a research grant to study under Edward Mendelson, honing a critical lens on the intersection of creative collaboration, art-making, social change.
Since her time at Columbia, she has shot and directed campaigns for clients including Family Style, Bias Cut Magazine, Jill Platner, and Malia Mills. She frequently works at the intersection of film and photography, whether that be as a stills photographer for Project Gaia (coming 2026) and Unholy (SXSW), or as the Head of Design at Willa, a social-impact based production and distribution company.
She continues to develop her personal work and professional collaborations.
